Absolutely not. We respect your privacy. We understand you don’t want to share your fingerprints, and we don’t want them either! It’s a liability. Our impression process is designed to avoid collecting fingerprints entirely, only capturing the top surfaces of your fingers. After we create your custom nails, the 3D renderings of your fingers are deleted (these files are large and expensive to store). Fewer than ten 3D coordinate points are saved to make your future sets.

Yes, our nails are made from 100% biocompatible material. They are formulated with safe monomers, making them non-cytotoxic and skin-safe. However, as a general precaution, we always recommend wearing gloves when handling chemicals, including household cleaners.

Impression kits are expected to ship on or before March 29th, 2025. Your first nail set will ship within 8 weeks after we receive your impressions. Non-preorder nail sets ship much faster, likely within a week of purchase.

Each email is linked to a single nail profile. Since your custom nails are shaped based on your impressions, we need to ensure every order matches the correct profile. If multiple profiles were linked to one email, we wouldn’t know which profile to use for future nail sets. For this reason, we only allow one impression kit per email and will cancel orders with multiple impression kits.

You can order as many nail sets as you would like, but only one impression kit per email.

Please take and ship your impressions within a week of receiving your kit. We are producing pre-orders in batches, so if there is a delay, your first nail set may be moved to the second round of pre-orders.
