Your order includes:
- One impression kit to capture your finger/nail dimensions.
- Three-way shipping (we send the kit, you send the impressions back, and we ship your custom nails to you).
- One almond nail set, with your choice of length and color.
ABOUT THE IMPRESSIONS
You only need to make one set of impressions. After that, your nail shapes are stored, and you can order future nail sets anytime—no need to repeat the process.
We strongly recommend adding an extra set of impression putty to your order. A good impression is critical for a perfect fit. If you don’t use the extra putty, you can return it with your impressions for a full $6 refund. We’re not profiting off this putty; we just want you to get the best fit possible.
Once we receive your impressions and complete your fitting, we will send you an email with a rendering showing your fingers and nails. This is to confirm that you are happy with the nails’ orientation. If you'd like any adjustments, please reply within 5 days. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll proceed with production, and your fit profile will be finalized for all future nail sets.
Please order only one impression kit per email so we can keep fit profiles separated.
Please take and ship your impressions within a week of receiving your kit.
CUSTOMIZABLE OPTIONS
For each nail set, you’ll select your preferred length, shape, and color. You can change these choices for future sets, so you’re always free to try different styles.
LENGTH
Choose your desired length for the middle finger press-on nail, measured from the center of your cuticle to the tip, in millimeters.
Why the middle finger? This length is used as a reference to create proportional nails for the rest of your hand. Wider nails (like your thumb) will be slightly longer, and narrower nails (like your pinky) will be slightly shorter, ensuring a balanced look overall.
Reference lengths for a middle finger nail width of 9.7mm (average width):
- Extra Short: 16 mm
- Short: 18 mm
- Medium: 22 mm

As part of the one-time impression process, you’ll decide how your nails should be aligned on your fingers.
ACCOUNT FOR CROOKED FINGERS
We design your nails to look the best on your hand—custom-shaped for the most flattering result. Some fingers naturally tilt to one side. If you’d like, we can adjust your nail angles to be more balanced with respect to each other.
- Yes: Your nails will be designed to align with neighboring fingers, creating the illusion of straighter fingers and a more balanced look overall.
- No: Your nails will follow the natural direction of each nail bed.
If you're unsure, we recommend selecting "Yes", as most customers prefer a balanced look. Even if your fingers are generally straight, the goal of this process if to create the most cohesive appearance possible. Choose "No" if you strictly want your nails to follow their natural growth direction.
This choice is permanent for all future sets using your impression. If you select "No" but later want a set that accounts for crooked fingers, you’ll need to redo the impression process.

By strategically selecting the direction of the nails, we can account for crooked fingers. By matching your cuticles’ shapes, our nails mimic the natural growth of your nails, like a true extension. They stay in place longer than other press-ons because their shape is designed to hold an even layer of adhesive, reducing the risk of lifting. Unlike typical press-ons, our nails aren’t constantly trying to pull away from your beds. Instead, they are balanced, with strength that matches the curvature of your nails.

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely not. We respect your privacy. We understand you don’t want to share your fingerprints, and we don’t want them either! It’s a liability. Our impression process is designed to avoid collecting fingerprints entirely, only capturing the top surfaces of your fingers. After we create your custom nails, the 3D renderings of your fingers are deleted (these files are large and expensive to store). Fewer than ten 3D coordinate points are saved to make your future sets.
Yes, our nails are made from 100% biocompatible material. They are formulated with safe monomers, making them non-cytotoxic and skin-safe. However, as a general precaution, we always recommend wearing gloves when handling chemicals, including household cleaners.
These nails are designed for single-use to ensure the best quality, safety, and wear experience. While some press-ons can be reused, these custom-fit 3D-printed nails are specially pre-cured for safe wear. Sanding or attempting to remove glue may affect the integrity and safe wear of the nails, so we recommend using a fresh set for each application.
Impression kits are expected to ship on or before July 29th, 2025. Your first nail set will ship within 8 weeks after we receive your impressions. Non-preorder nail sets ship much faster.
Each email is linked to a single nail profile. Since your custom nails are shaped based on your impressions, we need to ensure every order matches the correct profile. If multiple profiles were linked to one email, we wouldn’t know which profile to use for future nail sets. For this reason, we only allow one impression kit per email and will cancel orders with multiple impression kits.
You can order as many nail sets as you would like, but only one impression kit per email.
Please take and ship your impressions within a week of receiving your kit. We are producing pre-orders in batches, so if there is a delay, your first nail set may be moved to the second round of pre-orders.
