These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the purchase of our custom-fit press-on nails. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Custom Products and Process
Our nails are custom-made using impressions of your nail surfaces, which you provide using the materials we send.
- Accuracy of Impressions: Please follow the provided instructions carefully. Improper impressions may affect the fit of the final product.
- Custom Fit Guarantee: If you experience fit issues, contact us immediately. We’re happy to adjust the fit or provide a replacement.
Data Collection and Privacy
- We collect and store minimal data (fewer than 30 3D coordinates) from your nail impressions solely to create your custom nails.
- We do not collect or store 3D renderings or biometric data.
- Your data will not be shared or sold and will only be used for the intended purpose of manufacturing your custom nails.
Biocompatibility and Product Use
- The resin used in our nails is certified biocompatible.
- The final product, including polish and adhesive, has not been tested for overall safety.
- Use our products as directed and discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However:
- If your nails are defective, we offer a replacement or refund.
- If the fit is not satisfactory, contact us for adjustments or replacements.
- Please try on your nails upon receipt and notify us of any issues promptly.
Patent Information
Our product design and manufacturing process are patent pending. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Digit Lab is not responsible for any adverse reactions or issues related to the use of our products. Customers assume full responsibility for proper application and use.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
